Im just gonna post my food adventures. 90% of what I make is basic and very simple and appealing for all the palates I cook for.
And on today's Menu, we have seasoned porkchops(boneless, of course, dont ask me the spice blend, I did not season them myself) a very simple, very basic, box mac n cheese. A family favorite if you will.
And an ungodly assortment of vegetation. I am an ABSOLUTE fiend for vegetables and all the things we wrongfully call veggies. So, on today's plate, I have a carrot salad that I shredded two, yes count them, two whole knuckles while ribboning the carrots. My partner had picked up this bag of broccoli that came with a Ceasar sauce pouch to toss them in once they were done roasting in the oven(that was a nice little treat honestly). And a little Italian garden salad with veggies im trying to get rid of.
It's fulfilling, left the table satisfied, and nobody complained of my choices. So a win in my little haunted book of dishes I've prepared.
