I was thinking just generic bickering brother cleaner duo before with like techno having custody of tommy from their negligent or dead parents or something, but I just got a cool little additional idea!!
like what if techno is an assassin for hire that doesn't meet his employers in person, and Philza has literally been online besties with him since techno started doing it.
like they even occasionally message and chat in between philza hiring techno for a job, and technoblade thinks of this guy as his favorite employer because he pays well and gives good information and makes witty jokes sometimes
now tommy and techno have been mostly ignoring what wilbur and philza are up to while they clean at first, and tommy is aware what techno does on the side but isnt involved in it really, so theyre both aware wilbur and philza must be mafia or organized crime of some kind but they don't think its any of their bee's wax cause its good pay
and then when tommy is finishing up cleaning one last thing some day, technoblade is responding to his online friend/employer with an invoice for a job, and he hears philza's phone go off from where its on the coffee table.
the coincidence of philza being a crime lord is too much not for him to follow his paranoid thoughts, so technoblade sends another message, some casual remark that wouldnt seem out of place, and philza's phone goes off again right on time.
he doesnt even know what to do, and then philza walks into the living room from the kitchen to check the 2 notifications, and technoblade just blurts out the online handle he's been calling philza by online for years.
philza freezes up, confused and shocked, and then tommy comes back from the final task and briefly enough distracts the both of them and drags techno out of the house
when technoblade gets home the invoice he sent has been responded to by like double the amount he was supposed to get being deposited into his account, but theres no text message.
I also think the idea of philza finding out his funny barely 21 year old house cleaner with a bickering younger brother, is the same assassin he's been hiring and chatting with for years is funny. he thought the guy was a full grown man this whole time. now he's gotta adopt him.
