Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 2-4 tablespoons low-carb sweetener to taste. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a blender or food processor. Add cocoa powder, coconut milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener.
