♥ Cut up your apple into slices for easy eating

♥ In your bowl add your honey 

♥ Take an apple slice and dip it into the honey and stir it clockwise

♥ “Little things are important, Little things are good, I will appreciate them and feel joy for them being here” Repeat as you desire

♥ Take your honey dipped apple and eat it
