the only new feature I want tumblr to add is a mutuals tab and a mandatory ai label with the option to turn off seeing it on my dash

we've been closing down my mums accounts and i've had 0 problems with any except three who have been so genuinely atrocious to deal with a week later and its still not sorted. as soon as her contract is changed to my name i'm switching both mine and hers to literally anywhere else.

#their customer service is outsourced and usually i have endless patience for the people on the other end of the phone because its not their #fault that theyre being paid pennies to take these phonecalls but i had to repeat information over and over #even using the phonetic alphabet then when the phone cut off they called my mums phone which my sister has and she got really distressed at #having to answer it. so i filled out an online form which gave me the option to be contacted only via email #theyve since refused to speak to me via email until i requested it under the equality act which i shouldnt have to do for something already #offered on their own form. and now its been escalated to someone else whos asking for the same information over again #and im absolutely sick of it #octopus energy were my favourite to deal with absolutely impeccable customer service 10 minutes form beginning to end inc hold time #and it wasnt a dedicated bereavment team so thats just how nice they are all the time #because thats the bit i missed about three this whole thing was done by a team that supposedly has specialist training!#cn: grief #hannah yaps
