To add to his woes, he accidentally overhears the sexiest voice he's ever heard coming from the room next door and offends the most beautiful woman he's ever met in the space of 24 hours. Meanwhile, Kate is attending the same conference and staying at the same hotel as Anthony, the man she has both hated and desired from afar for months. A series of mishaps and coincidences occur that bring them together.

A study of Anthony’s outdoor kink, told in four short stories. We first meet Anthony when he is dealing with the difficulties of his newly assumed role as Viscount. An arranged meeting with an actress unlocks a side of himself that never knew existed, then threatens to interfere years later while he struggles with keeping his family life in order and secret relationship with Siena separated from duty. Everything changes again when he meets Kate in the gazebo, a place where they are truly able to be themselves. Finally, Anthony reaches a point of bliss in marriage with Kate, though it seems only one thing hasn't changed.
15. I will follow you into the dark
Modern AU, multi-chapter (rated T). Kate/Anthony. WIP.
This is a two shot (in three parts) set in a modern AU exploring themes of familial love, guilt, loneliness, and acceptance in the face of grief. In the first part, young Anthony is struggling with life after his father's death but finds his father's spirit is never far behind. In the second and third part, Kate is unable cope with the loss of Mary, the only mother she has ever known, but a late night encounter in the kitchen soon proves seems very familiar to what Anthony went through years earlier.
