Sitting here thinking about how Barry and Wally are forever isolated together by their shared experiences. Like. Isolated first by simply being speedsters, each other's first experience in being understood on that level, and then again much later after there are many more speedsters around them by the fact of losing each other and being lost outside of time for so long only to come back to a world that's moved on without them and seemingly doesn't need them anymore and where the only thing that's remained unchanged is that they care deeply about each other. The very fact that across timelines no matter what else changes the ONLY truly unchangeable thing is how much they care about each other to the point that one of them being literally erased from existence can't overcome it.
