two of my aunties are cancer survivors and both claim that tequila's the only good type of alcohol because of the way that we metabolize agave and that drinking tequila (or mezcal) straight is the best way to get whatever benefit there is. additionally, although both of them have vested interests here because they own gro-ops, they have the usual claims about pot being helpful in health. i bring this up because i suspect that if you change your lifestyle to drinking a lot of tequila and smoking a lot of pot, much of your current lifestyle will remain functionally unchanged but -- according to two desert rat hippies -- you might reap health benefits.
