• perdition catch my soul by Terezi_Discourse: vrisrezi locked tomb au (book series about lesbian necromancer in space, for those who don't know) I did read the locked tomb series before reading this fic but I think it's still comprehensible for those who haven't. Vriskais a necromancer of the second house, with terezi as her cavalier. They're summoned along with the necromancer-cavalier pairs of the 8 other houses, for trials that will allow the winning necromancer to ascend to lyctorhood. Things predictably to shit very quickly. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this fic is!!!!! If you like yearning, codependent vrisrezi, and unethical lesbians you'll like this fic

Corporate Parasite by glassThicket (+plus a few others): sci-fi setting, a corporation sends a small crew out into space to collect a mysterious plant on an alien planet. Jade's the main character, along with rose and kanaya (also had rosejadekan poly ships for the winnnnnn). warning, this leans more towards horror and has some gore and body horror, so don't read if you don't like that. It is currently unfinished, with its last update in 2022 but there still is a lot of it to read, and the parts that are out are very good!!!!

A Pacific Girl in America is by the same author. it's only five chapters. it's about jade and rose in an au where mom lalonde decided to raise rose in hauntswich (the setting of hiveswap). it's also peak.

The Adventures of Lightseer is a longfic about rose. it's a superhero au. rosemary. apparently the world is based off of some other unfinished davekat fic, but i was able to understand everything without reading the other fic. it's still updating, the last update was like......last week or something. absolute cinema.

8r8k h34ds is the first work in a four-part series, and it's genuine absolute peak. humanstuck vrisrezi, and also rosemary. there's other shit going on too but that's spoilers.
