Had an idea know to write a book but I feel like it may well have been done a million times before and way better
But the gimmick is that while the main plots happening theres references to that trope of an absolutely insane events going on in the background with a second cast on their own possibly more interesting insane adventure that you only see a small snapshot of that are referenced briefly in passing just once each chapter as if not relevant and totally normal and unimportant and then never touched on again as the main plot occurs.
The events seem random at first then loosely build on themselves each time without getting main picture or actual events you just see the disconnected shenanigans resulting from it and its weirder everytime its (briefly) mentioned. Conclusion may not ever be seen and characters never introduced.
