Even though pundits whine about Democrats' toxic femininity alienating working class men men, I honestly think swing voters/soft Rs (non-college white women, Hispanic men, and white men in blue collar unions) are more angry at Democrats (allegedly) being "anti-white" and prioritizing immigrants over Americans than seething in anger at TikTok videos of marketing girlies in Alo sets.
Moreover, I genuinely believe left-wing populist men posting about HR feminazis do more damage to Democrats with working class voters than college-ed women do. Blue collar men are often sexist, but the primary victims of their sexism are blue-collar women, not white-collar women that never interact with them, and meanwhile, working class men and women view liberal men as FAILED men, which is a lot more visceral.
