someone being in recovery from alcoholism is very neutral to me. like I may notice behaviors that suggest someone is an alcoholic but I'm not going to say anything or really even think about it all that much. I know other people feel differently but to me this is a non-issue.

#alcoholic beer specifically would make me think that someone is a recovering alcoholic #simply because the taste of beer is an acquired one #whereas mocktails are more like juice or flavored water #but I also wouldn't think very much about it #like if you're in recovery from alcoholism or just wanting to drink less while still enjoying the social aspect I think that's a good thing
