The Valkyries fought Illyrian warriors with years of training. “But the Valkyries were trained by the most powerful warriors in Prythian” correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t Cassian also spend time training Illyrians at the camps? So those warriors were also trained by the most powerful of them😭.

You think every single one was focused on killing them over having eternal glory and status? The rite is one of the most (if not the most) sacred Illyrian traditions. I can guarantee you that a lot of them went into it wanting to win and not worrying about 3 random women. The Illyrian they met in the cave proved that there were people not worried about killing them.

Lastly if Sjm wanted to make them winning look more realistic then she should have lowered the stakes. She shouldn’t have made it this hard competition that only 12 (?) people have won in the entire history of Illyria if she was going to have 3 people with little to no knowledge about it win. This just proves that she was winging Acosf and not much of it was planned out the way a book as long as that requires. It’s not even just the fighting. They had no wilderness training. Not only were they fighting people with years (maybe even centuries) of training on them. They survived a week in the woods when none of them were prepared for that.

“The wall keeps them separated” the wall literally has holes in it. How the hell do you think Andras got through in the first place? The wall was meant to keep them separated however over time it got weak. So no it wasn’t an unbreakable layer of protection for humans against Fae.

Sorry but for a fandom that loses their marbles whenever anyone “undermines” the false domestic labor that they have convinced themselves that Nesta and Elain did, they sure do love discrediting Feyre and acting like a teenager hunting for adults wasn’t that big of a deal.

Like forget about the very real physical threats for a quick moment. Feyre as a child was out here killing to keep her family alive. We literally have a moment of her recalling how she threw up and cried for hours the first time she killed to feed her family. I’m tired of y’all acting like what she did for them wasn’t even that much of a big deal because you want to defend their laziness or because you can’t cope with the fact that they do owe her. At the very least gratefulness and kindness.

Nesta always sees Elain as worthy of love and protection, but she never saw Feyre as someone worth her love or protection.

Feyre was 14 and her older sisters and father were about to let her starve, she had no family that would have taken her in. She needed food. She needed to eat. Let’s say she wasn’t planning to feed them, lets say she went hunting for herself only. Where would she have prepared the meat? In the woods where she could be attacked by animals? Closer to town where her game was likely to be stolen? She would’ve had nowhere to go except home and Nesta, Elain, and their father are three selfish people who when Feyre shows up with food, they’re asking for it. So yeah, I will blame those three selfish, lazy people because they are at fault for how things went down.

listen rhys may not be as ripped and as swole as cassian but he is definitely muscular and built like a fucking TANK. i like the idea that he is a tiny waisted king but his torso is dorito shaped. those shoulders are BROAD as FUCK. those thighs are THICK, and that ass is POPPIN. his hands are calloused, large and veiny, not smooth and slender. he may not hold a sword as much bc he barely has to lift a finger to kill people but again. HE WAS TRAINED to hold a weapon and be a warrior since he was a child. just bc he barely moves and acts like a fighter doesn't mean he doesn't look like one. there should be evidence of that in the way he is drawn and envisioned so artist and writers please get this thru yalls SKULLS

Or they’ll pull the “they were all kids” bs and say that Nesta had zero obligation to protect Feyre because she’s not her mommy and that Feyre shouldn’t have tried to parentify Nesta.
