If I drive for 45 minutes in Northern Ireland I’m 10 minutes into the sea.

I can’t drive. 

But Australia is a country divided into states. Canada is a country divided into provinces. They are not the same administrative level as Texas.

TBF the first image already goes beyond that by comparing a state to a continent, so it’s not like the comparison to Australia has taken things off the rails
