This is a journey we get to take over and over again. Unfolding revelations that fill in that bottom right corner of the Johari Window. 🤓 What don't you know about yourself that others don't know, either? My back incident, now over a year ago, revealed the deficienct characteristics in my 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakras since moving back to the states. It was, quite literally, the jolt I needed to begin the journey again. Knocked the wind out of me and my senses back into me 🤣😍 #waheguru to what my body has experienced, and still I am here. International Yoga Day. So grateful for yoga and the community and family it’s given to me. The opportunity to always learn from it, through it and because of it.
