I get guys who are avoid of going to hotels every once in a while. Some are worried about privacy, some are worried about getting arrested.
I’ve also seen some girls say that it also depends on your area. There seem to be some markets where police crack down on solicitation more than others. That would be a pretty legit reason for guys to be afraid. I don’t know what it’s like where you are.
Consider renting a furnished apartment first for 3-months or getting a 6-month lease before going for for a full 1-year.
In addition to the cost of rent, there will be monthly utilities and other expenses that come with maintaining a private incall. Before moving foward, I would make sure I’m already getting enough client demand for the expense to be worth it.
Make sure you’re presenting yourself online as a professional as much as you possibly can. It may ease their worries if they see and believe that you are safe to see.
Whenever you encounter some resistance from a client about hotels, use this line (as long as the client is being respectful): “I completely understand your concerns. No worries at all. If you decide to change your mind, just know that I am still open to meeting you. Have a great night!” You come off as professional because you’re being very polite and empathetic. Make them feel like you are comfortable with the choice they are making and it can help settle their nerves. By ending it with “Have a great night!”, you are also showing them that you are comfortable with not having their business. You’re not trying to pressure or trap them (as the police might do).
A lot of these guys just want to feel safe before they head out. I’ve been told several times that clients knew I was safe to see based on my online presentation and my communication skills over text.
Also, be aware of how you’re giving out booking information to clients through the initial conversation. Too much information too fast can be a bad thing.
