What to do with Owls Brew: White & Vine and The Blondie

I talk A LOT about Owls Brew products - just a day in the life of a rep. But aside from my usual rundown about the mixers and radlers, I find myself at festivals and events, rattling off recipes faster than I can write them all down.

There's a plethora of great drinks to be made with these products, and with that being said, I welcome you to the first installment of WHAT TO DO WITH OWLS BREW!

Mixer: White & Vine

White tea, pomegranate, watermelon and lemon peel

Sassy Sangria

Recipe serves approx: 6-8 people

1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc

1.5 cups Reposado Tequila

.5 cups Owl's Brew 'White and Vine'

.5 cups Sage simple syrup

10 dashes lemon bitters

8 oz. Strawberries, cut into quarters

2 whole lemons, sliced into wheels

10 sprigs of peppermint

Combine your ingredients in a large lemonade jar or pitcher and stir. Cover, and let refrigerate for at least two hours, or up to a day to allow flavors to infuse and settle. Serve over ice, top with some delicious lemon foam, and enjoy!

Radler: The Blondie

Wheat beer, black tea, citrus juice, agave nectar

Sour Blonde

Owls Brew Radler 'The Blondie'

2 oz. Rye Whiskey

4 sprigs of mint

Splash of lime juice

This can be done over ice, however I recommend getting your radler ice cold instead.

Add your mint to a hi-ball glass and muddle. Add your whiskey, then your radler and stir. Squeeze a quarter lime into your glass and enjoy!
