This cocktail is a fun take on the classic whiskey sour. It has the sweet and sour flavors of plum syrup and fresh lemon juice, with a hint of spice from ginger.
Ingredients: 2 oz whiskey. 1 oz plum syrup. 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice. 1 slice of fresh ginger. Ice cubes. Plum slice and ginger slice for garnish.
Instructions: In a shaker, muddle the slice of fresh ginger. Add whiskey, plum syrup, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of plum and a slice of ginger.
