The Hammer of Justice fight has been kicking my ass unfortunately but it is such a rewarding fight to do over and over again bc I am just imagining it as a long training montage with Gerson and Susie where she keeps getting a little further and a little stronger each time and Gerson is more and more proud of her :') go Susie go Susie!!!!!!!

So I do 3D modeling and printing as a hobby, and a few weeks ago I designed wheel guards meant to prevent office chairs from running over cables and clothes... or your pet's tail.
I got the idea from cowcatchers old locomotives used to have.
Anyways, yesterday I uploaded the model to Thingiverse, and just hours after uploading it, the Community Relationship Manager of the whole website left a comment suggesting I enter the model into a competition that's currently being held on the site.
So I did... and now it's in third place not even a day later. First place is $500, but the competition still has a month to go.
Then the Community Manager contacted me again, telling me they want to feature my model in anΒ upcoming design promotion.
Just, what is happening? I mostly made this thing for myself in, like, an hour, and now it's suddenly super popular? This is all a little bit overwhelming π΅βπ«
Other models I worked on for weeks didn't get nearly as popular. I swear, it's impossible to predict what people will like.

Very important announcement! (Last post) PLEASE READ!!
So I got an email back from some nice people who have been helping me. They worked with me and my mom to make sure we could get through our goal so we are close to getting out of the streets! (along with you guys help too thank you!)
I was informed we just need $530 that way we can get the full help that we need so me and my mom can finally get everything we need to be stable π I was so happy to read the email this morning!! I'm so close I'm serious this time!! I'm so close to getting a normal life again!! So I need everyone's help one last time!! I just need $530 and I'll finally get the help I should've gotten since shelters in my area were unresponsive and ghosted me which was frustrating. I can get a car ride, finally get a damn truck, I can get clothes, I can go grocery shopping, get my medication all of it!! No more homelessness, no more heatstrokes, no more hospital visits, nomore sleeping in the rain and floor, no more anxiety being in the dark at night.

Aren't tma/tme from terfs? From their Transgender Rights Activist acronym TRA. Like i just started seeing these acronyms (tma/tme) more frequently so i think im just uninformed.
they are certainly not from terfs, as they are language used by transfems to describe oppression that they face.
TMA - "TransMisogyny Affected" - Someone who is transfeminine and faces misogyny, and the intersection thereof.
TME - "TransMisogyny Exempt" - Someone who is not included in that axis of oppression, such as cis men and women, and trans men.
the fact that it is assumed that this language has terf origins is unfortunately likely a result of transphobes muddying the waters of discussion. unfortunately a lot of people try to smear this transfem discussion of oppression as terfy, as an attempt to discredit transfems.
it's actually crazy that people believe that terfs, the demographic who infamously don't believe that transmisogyny exists at all, coined or even use the terms "transmisogyny affected" and "transmisogyny exempt".
this is just my speculation but, i do think it might be an attempt at purposeful obfuscation. it appears many people don't even know what the terms mean! therefore people claiming "those are terf terms" with no explanation on what the letters MEAN just serves not only to instill bad faith in people who use them (i.e. not actually terfs, but transfems, rather), but also to prevent interest in the discussions the terms actually service
