Binghe wouldnβt actually nurse from a skinzun, it would just curl up around his face every time he lies down to encourage him to do so. If it becomes apparent that skinzuns need to be milked regularly as part of their care instructions, I think Binghe may indulge once itβs bottled. Parhaps he would even dabble in making skin cheese or skin butter.

If you think about it, Luo Binghe catching Liu Qingge's attention during his exam for CQM was quite impressive because it's the stubborn War God of Bai Zhan that refuses to even consider anyone as a disciple and all Binghe was doing was digging a hole.
Let's talk about Liu Qingge and Bai Zhan now :3 (you fell for my binghe clickbait). Peak lords being immortal means their reign over CQM is going to last a century at the very least cause what else are they gonna do? Anyway, by the time Binghe joins CQM we know the Qi generation have been instated as peak lords but, we have no idea how long it's been. There have probably been multiple exams by now for prospective disciples, we don't even know how often those exams happen. During that time, Liu Qingge has refused to take in any disciples. We only find out that the only disciple of his, Yang Yixuan, joins Bai Zhan during the years of Shen Qingqiu's death.
We also know that all peaks are functioning at all times whether or not their peak lords are present and it's implied multiple times that Liu Qingge does have days where he's at the peak and sparring students until one of them beats him, that's the only condition he has for becoming the next peak lord. Since Qingge became peak lord and there's no new disciples, that implies that the disciples that ARE present are probably from the same batch of students that Qingge was from, or even his seniors.
We also know that the younger the age you start cultivation from, the easier it is to make your way up and achieve greater heights. One of the reasons Shen Jiu used to have a slightly harder time in comparison to other peak lords and why Liu Qingge used to bring up his age was because Shen jiu was around 16 i think? when he started cultivating which is essentially considered a late bloomer by cultivation standards. As opposed to Qingge who was considered a child prodigy at the age of 12 implies that he started cultivating a really reallyyyy young age. That also implies that there are a few requirements that technically have to be met for one to give the exam to become a prospective disciple on CQM and age is probably a big factor. Which also means that after Qingge took over, it's highly likely that Bai Zhan mostly consists of his upperclassmen or people he spent his disciples days with around the same age as him. Liu Qingge was The exception because he was that good, which means he's also likely one of the youngest on Bai Zhan. Yang Yixuan being the only disciple to join Bai Zhan means he's now the youngest person on Bai Zhan peak and follows Qingge around.
So yeah, you can imagine why it was a big deal that there weren't any disciples on Bai Zhan for a long ass time.
Actually, some of this Is Addressed in that very flashback to LBH's entrance to CQM! In regards to how long they've been Peak Lords:
'A couple' is a bit vague, and it does only say 'likely', but my bet would be they took over less than five years before LBH first came to the sect.
And Yang Yixuan is not the only disciple to join Bai Zhan Peak since LQG took over, he's just the only one LQG personally took in. Bai Zhan receives disciples, it just doesn't choose disciples.
Basically, Bai Zhan Peak gets new disciples via kids showing up on the mountain and refusing to leave, lmao. Which I do think makes sense given how severe the training is there; it wouldn't be very righteous to come tell some kid who doesn't know shit and doesn't dare argue with an immortal cultivator that you are choosing them to come get the shit beat out of them on the regular.
You know what would be hilarious? If Liu Qingge got, at least temporarily, possessed by a being that had 100% ability and 0% hesitation to use LQG's looks as the social weapon they could be.

Since he is a noble young master, he definitely got taught the Four Arts even if it's not his jam. I am waffling between two things for him to do.
I feel like he Could be a first child, but a very specific type of first child. The way he seems almost compelled to chase after and help and protect (and scold) His People vibes with my experiences as the oldest child of parents who were basically adult children. Too much responsibility too soon, lots of freedom because taking care of himself half the time. Which is also a pretty good explanation for how a noble young master is somehow also a half feral outdoor cat.
But also, him being a middle child is very possible and their older sibling showing up could be amazing. Mingyan delighted that da-ge showed up because he spoils her, and Qingge making a face they all thought was reserved for LBH alone because da-ge harasses The Fuck out of him.
Liu Qingge who was a fighting prodigy when he came to Bai Zhan only partly because of natural talent; the other half was spending his whole-ass childhood in and out of fights with his older brother. He ran away to live in the woods (and got dragged back) five times by the time he was old enough to join the sect.

It's just a very interesting dynamic. Fiddleford and Ford were college roommates, wink wink nudge nudge, and then live together in a secluded cabin that Fiddleford left his wife and young child to go live in because Ford simply asked for his help. They're best friends but there's a lot to suggest that at the MINIMUM, Fiddleford certainly has feelings for Ford. (Forgetting to get his wife a Christmas gift but making two for Ford, making Ford's name his password, etc.)
Bill and Ford are ambiguously canon. It's certainly up to interpretation how exactly you read their relationship but at the very least, it's blatant both of them loved each other. (Ford literally worshipping Bill for over a year, giving him full permission to possess him as he pleased, calling himself a Cipherholic, etc. Mabel telling Bill to go crush on somebody else's uncle, "one Sixer, please", "if lost return to Bill", etc.) Whether they ever voiced that to each other in a romantic sense, unclear.
And then there's Fiddleford and Bill. Fiddleford says he never met him, but he also wiped his own memory hundreds of times so he's not the most reliable narrator. Ford thinks he was hiding Bill's existence well, but as you can see in the attached image, he was NOT subtle about his worshipping, even letting himself be possessed in front of Fiddleford. Fiddleford's invention leads to Bill's death. They're both in love with the same man, and are both too emotionally constipated to do anything useful about it. Their potential interactions are a relatively untapped treasure trove of possibility.
Shen Qingqiu(Shen Yuan)/Luo Binghe/Liu Qingge:
Luo Binghe and Shen Qingqiu are married by the end of the series and have both been in sort-of courtships with Liu Qingge for years but theyβre all such oblivious idiots that none of them realize this.
This is THE love triangle in SVSSS, and we were robbed of these three ending up together. Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge are both head over heels in love with Shen Qingqiu. Both would do anything to make him happy. Shen Qingqiu is in love with both, even if he has 0 ability to recognize this in himself. Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge fought for 5 years for plot-related reasons, and you can't tell me that isn't the fuel for some top-tier enemies to lovers trope.
Alright, I've been seeing a lot of questions and issues with LQG's characterization floating about lately. And it inescapably reminds me of the things that bug me. (Several of which are the same things floating around, tbh.) So I gotta get out one that no one else has mentioned yet.
The widespread tendency to write LQG with a stubborn and sometimes almost delusional conviction that he can defeat LBH in a fight.
I can only assume this comes from the fact that he kept fighting LBH for five years and then again at CQMS, and then offered to keep fighting him for SQQ's sake. But it's not correct? Like, at all?
Canonically, openly admits that he can't defeat him!
The goal of the five years wasn't even really to defeat LBH in the first place; the goal was getting back SQQ's body, fighting LBH was an unavoidable side effect. Then it was defending his sect. Then it was defending SQQ.
Liu Qingge is not a man who will only pick a fight he believes he can win. He's strict. He's principled. Sometimes you have to fight for things even if you might lose, because those things need to be fought for. And honestly I think it's a disservice both to LQG's character and the depth of the narrative itself to treat those fights as something he expected to win despite all evidence to the contrary.
Luo Binghe's obsession with Liu Qingge's ass will probably have him shaking and crying like a chihuahua after being told they can't fuck until they're married LMAO. He will immediately just be like "ok let's get married then" and will be DEVASTATED when Liu Qingge and Shen Qingqiu both tell him that's not at all what Liu Qingge meant π he's like "no we're taking it slow" and Luo Binghe will go through the 5 stages of grief in 3 seconds.
Okay but this is the rare case where it's funnier if LQG does know about demon courtship. Because then he gets to complain that first, he's human, and second, the intent of the fight matters; maybe seven months of that were flirting, at best. Five at worst.

PMMM. I have no idea what the Venn diagram looks like between reading danmei and knowing Madoka Magica, but I'm probably not the only one in the overlap zone.
Cultivators are magical girls (and boys)! Demons are witches! And let's be honest with ourselves, while I'm going to place SQQ as the time looper, Luo Binghe was made to be end of Rebellion!Homura. Not exactly a magical girl, not exactly a witch, but a secret third thing born of obsessive love.
I'm going to shamelessly toss the original sin here onto Shen Jiu. He wasn't taught properly at his foundation, so he didn't exactly make a proper wish, either. Finally, ruined in a pickle pot with the shards of Xuan Su in front of him, he makes one. He wants to change everything, but here is the trick.
He knows he can't do it. He's too fucked up and bitter to make a better future. Even before all this, he couldn't save anyone. He couldn't stop Liu Qingge from falling, only able to watch him kill himself halfway through becoming a demon. He wishes for someone that can change things to go back and take his place. Enter Shen Yuan, stage what the actual fuck.
But hey, he's not as unstable as SJ so he's able to save the Skinner's grief seed instead of using it up, which allows him to save Liu Qingge in the caves.
But he can't get out of pushing Luo Binghe into the Abyssal Labyrinth, no matter how hard he tries. :( No matter how many times he goes back. And he goes back so many times, because Shen Yuan is a disaster millennial human being. He fucks up, he realizes where he went wrong, he goes back and does it right. He doesn't want to talk about how many times LQG died protecting him. Faking his death by actually dying? You don't want to know how many retries it took him to come up with that. He didn't even figure out SQH on the first go around, he was too busy having a breakdown to hear the "WTF?"
But Cucumber-bro is nothing if not persistent. He will Groundhog Day the fuck out of PIDW until Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge and Cang Qiong get the good endings they damn well deserve!
Does SQQ realize that the 60/30/10 distribution of added karmic destiny is making LBH terrifying, LQG a force of nature, and the sect as a whole a bigger deal as he does it? No. No he does not.
You want to end up with Maigu Ridge? That's how you end up with Maigu Ridge. But it's okay because Luo Binghe will remain a stable devil as long as Shen Qingqiu stays by his side forever and ever and ever.
Liu Qingge can stay, too, he guesses, because he had to knock his stupid shishu unconscious two seconds before deviating into a demon too many times the last five years they were fighting. He clearly can't be trusted to take care of himself on his own in their absence.

It'll be a nice vacation for his shidi.
Best outcome, the idiots realize they are Not Okay with Liu Qingge marrying someone else and come retrieve him. Acceptable outcome, if they don't, that's finally enough for Liu Qingge to let go and move on. There are, okay, a few potential bad ends for this route, but Shang Qinghua knows all the people involved pretty well and he thinks he can make it work!
