As implied by his ingame model, bro is blind. cannot see shit, and doesn’t need to! The glowy green magic that summons the Guards, acts as a substitute for his destroyed vision. It acts as a spooky mystical equivalent of radar or echolocation. (also the phenomenon of “blindsight.” very cool.) Feels and senses rather than needing to process things visually.

Because of aforementioned ability to sense the emotions of others to understand his surroundings, and how he rarely speaks much, I like to imagine Tarhos is, in general, really easy to get along with for most of the other Killers. Absolute Bro Magnet! Respects the methods of Ji Woon and Danny, spars with Kazan and PH, etc. When a new Killer enters The Fog, 9 times outta 10 Tarhos and his Boys are gonna find something to respectfully bond with them over.

Except Herman. Herman tries to experiment on just about everyone and Tarhos vehemently declines. (i am under the belief almost none of Killers have a good relationship with Herman besides maybe Talbott and Wesker)

I like to think instead of complete burning hatred, he sees tormenting Vittorio almost like a game, or as his sacred duty in The Fog.
