Suddenly, you entered my life again and I entered yours.

From moment to moment, we are present in each others lives again.

In a way, we were never absent, the connection has always been there.

I feel its stronger than before, I feel it has grown, I feel it became more present, more flowy as well.

This calmness, groundedness, peace and freedom I feel is beyond something I felt before.

You always initiated this within me, but now I am not freaking out about it anymore.

I truly, fully trust it. I don't doubt it, I feel it, I am open for it.

Whatever comes will come, whatever is supposed to be, will be.

I acknowledge you.

For who you are, how you feel, how you behave, speak, share, your whole person.

I have never met someone like you, you are truly special.

I won't ever forget you, you will always be part of my heart, part of my soul and my life.

Meeting random people, feeling connected immediately is awesome!

Sometimes these chance encounters happen & you are connected on a level thats difficult to explain.

I love these things, I really enjoy them & look forward to many more of those!

I don't know how to exist without it.

How to not wonder, question, think about everything I encounter.

Being curious how anything works, how it feels, does, behaves.

Curiosity is the drive of life to me, without it, where would we go?

How would we do? Feel? Wonder about?

Being truly curious is easy to detect, there is a child-like flair to it.

Immediately making it clear that curiosity exists within this being.

I love it.

This love is special.

I feel it is more free, more expansive, has less shame, less fear.

Maybe because I have not experienced other types of free love?

I am not sure about it.

I think I ran away from your free love, I was not ready for it, I let other conditionings come in & not feel it. Not appreciate it.

Now I met you and you taught me this type of free friendship love.

I really love it, appreciate it, you are very valuable to me. I am glad to have you in my life!

I feel its magic.

I see it, I hear it.

I am part of it.

I feel welcome.

When can this be bad?

When can it actually backfire? At all?

If I am truly myself, decent, honest, kind, curious, caring, how can this be bad? In my world it can't.

I won't compromise on myself, I won't let others decide over me, won't let them manipulate me.

They will see the true me and appreciate me. Maybe also because its so seldom to be able to be yourself.

I hear that people can recognize that, are drawn to it, feel the difference.

So its worth to work on being yourself. Always.

Its a win.

I can learn a lot from my dog about personal space.

She will clearly state that she doesn't want another dog close.

No matter what. If she doesn't feel like it, she tells them.

If she is fine, she accepts them. She will always show that she decides over her space, her body, her attention.

She clearly sees herself as worthy and the one in control. Other dogs respect her for this very much.

I have come a long way already with this attitude. I am way better than I was in the past.

There are still some small tendencies that appear where I forget this, but I catch myself regularly and it might just need some more time.

Trust grows with time.

It can also be there almost immediately. I have had it several times.

Total trust, no shame, guilt, fear. Just being.

It is a freeing experience, not free of potential hurt, but worth it.

I never regretted trusting people, I don't know how to not do it.

Until they prove to be not trustworthy.

I can't handle this, none of these.

Especially when I am exposed to them all at once, I experience them within a couple of hours.

It upsets me, it exhausts me, it makes me feel bad.

I cannot allow to have this behaviors close to me, I cannot accept that, under no circumstances.

You overdid these today. I didnt see you since long time, it was like a tornado. Nothing changed, you got worse.

This is not about me being dramatic, letting myself being triggered, not able to handle these things.

It is about you being like that. And me not accepting this. This crosses my valuable boundaries and I will not tolerate that.

I don't want to have that in my life and it is my right to decide that.

I will take my distance again.

I loved being with you two today! It was fun, easy, we laughed a lot, shared a lot.

We all care for each other, we value each other, even if we have different opinions on some topics. Respect, appreciation is there.

I also love to see you together, you are a great match & you never make the third person feel like the fifth wheel, I love that.

What is safety? Can we ever feel safe?

In a world that is so unstable, what makes us feel safe?

Have money? Property?

Or have friends, family, a job? Good health?

What can make us feel really safe?

Maybe the thought that all of this is just temporary? Sooner or later we will be out of here anyways.

So better enjoy what we can enjoy.

They make me feel like I am all alone.

No-one else is in the world, all quiet and calm.

I can completely focus on myself, nothing else on my mind.

I never imagined to become a morning person.

I still love the evenings, but the mornings are also very special.

Will try to get both times of the day!

What is it?

I thought the disappearance of thoughts, the mind.

But is it really?

I feel meditative when I walk in nature, when I let my thoughts flow.

I feel meditative when I draw, while thoughts flow around.

I feel meditative when I do the dishes, thoughts playing around.

So my question is: What is meditation?

Always there, constantly floating around, never quiet.

Following them, down a spiral to new thoughts.

Only conscious thoughts can bring me back from those spirals.

How to handle this the best?

Are there strategies?

I wonder, how much does fear play into ignorance?

Being afraid of different believes, changing perspective, having to deal with a new reality?

Is it easier to stay ignorant? In a fake reality? Is it easier that to handle the truth?

Why is that?

Is it because we are weak, too fragile? Or is it because we don't know better? Would it destroy us?

Why are we not strong enough? What weakens us? How can we become strong?

I don't mean physically strong, I mean mentally strong, emotionally strong and spiritually strong?

Is there one recipe for this?
