When Morgan got the blade of Talzin….then you remember Rukh is dead and someone’s got to fill his previous role in Thrawns timeline 😳 She was constantly questioning Thrawn but also seemed obsessed with him in the build up, meanwhile he really didn’t seem to bothered about using her simply to free himself from Peridea - nor did they retrieve her body to take with the others (assuming they are coffins). She’s definitely going to pop up again later 🗡️ 😬 there is absolutely a reason Thrawn witnessed her getting it!!

I mean that landscape from the first trailer appearance looks pretty similar and of course got to be him traveling via the Ring of Sion.

The devil is in the details - the attention costume designers put into this is amazing, wear & tear over the years at the collar & fasteners. I also love the thought of Thrawn staying true by wearing his uniform everyday but also sewing his own buttons/ clips back on his tunic 🤣

I wonder if Thrawn will use it during the show & Ashoka will instantly know it - opening a whole opportunity for him to explain his history & true role for the Chiss, if Anakin could trust Thrawn then could Ashoka?

Thrawn 10 steps ahead as always - Now that’s some pretty good forward planning. Utilising the hyperdrive ring technology he was introduced to during his first interaction with Anakin above Batuu. The chimera - if still functional likely has a damaged hyperdrive hence it has never returned.

I furthermore guess that eventually this leads to Ezra being introduced to the Magys in hopes of helping the Chiss predict upcoming battles & finish off the Grysks. I mean like - he can access the world between worlds and literally time travel the past so why not the future? Whilst the nyix mines on the “off radar except to those who know” planet Sunrise are used to rebuild Thrawns imperial ships.
