Well, thank heaven Panini is reprinting Paolo Motturaβs PK variantβ¦ because Iβm one of the imbeciles who didnβt order it when I should have XD
Jeez... variant AND regular... all gone in what? hours? One day at the most?
Terrific π«’ Power and might all right.
PK - Meno uno all'alba (2026) variant cover by Paolo Mottura.
π€¦Why don't I ever learn? ππ
Should be pretty straightforward, right?
Step 1: Buy comics Step 2: Read them Step 3: Put them away
Somehow between the step 2 and 3 there's a blackhole. There must be or I can't explain why I always end up like this: four months of comics piled up π«
Nowβ¦ where do I put all of this? One or two comics at a time is manageable. Forty-one? Not so much π
It has been a very Doom Christmas this year, but I did get myself some Topolino variants (how can you do without? π):

Alessandro Gottardo: Magica De Spell
I would like to ask your help to locate one of the Topolino I encountered in 1994 , I donβt remember the issue number, but it was Mickey and goofy trying to rescue clarabella from en evil contender in marriage. The story takes place in a castle, Clarabella being the princess. Thank you
Hi, sorry I've been looking for a story that matches your infos but haven't had much luck...
Do you remember if it was a period piece or if the time machine was involved? If so, might it be 60 anni con Topolino or Il teatro di Alambrah presenta: le furberie di Scapino di Moliere?

I'll never stop my personal crusade against these idiots π
We're talking about a free, FREE!!!, special edition!
And this ma'am here:
"68 sold". 68?!?!? Are you telling me you've ransacked Rome to get at least 70 free copies to sell them on ebay for 20β¬???
Even 10β¬ can be considered thievery, even more so if we consider it's the Pope we're talking about. Especially when all you need to do is to ask L'Osservatore Romano for a back copy and they only ask you to provide for the shipping cost!!! π€¦
Pls don't feed these idiots. Support the publisher.
Trying to make a sense out of my newspapers collection/archive...
Almost 26 years worth of paper! π
Yeah, I know it's not pretty looking π But I did started with the green/blue method and then I went "Oh, I'll use a yellow folder for the pope" and then it just went all psychedelic! XDD But at least the newspapers are well protected... π π
I don't know exactly how many issues there are in the collection, and many are not even complete newspapers: I just kept some pages or the single article mostly when it comes to local newspapers. I used to cut articles out when I was in middle school and then stick'em into a notebook (as you can see from the last photo below), I've got 11 of those. There are 26 folders full of newspapers in total, plus some loose issues.
When it comes to national newspapers I mostly have issues of La Stampa, Turin's daily. But I also have some Corriere della Sera (published in Milan), La Repubblica (published in Rome) and L'Osservatore Romano (daily newspaper ofΒ Vatican City, which is not National technically: it's foreign ^^).
And here are some of the oldest issues I own. The oldest one is actually La Stampa dated 31st December 1999, the dawn of the new millenium:
This actually made me realize I come from an era when newspapers had only the first page in color, everything else was in b/w... damn, I'm old! What a blow to my already poor self-esteem!π π π§
I've seen Kofi Annan Secretary of the UN and Jacques Chirac President of France and I still haven't achieved anything in my life! π«€

What a beautiful homage to the city of Turin!!!
Uhm... I've gotta say, Scrooge is on a whole higher level of stage presence.
Seeping charisma from every pore. Sorry, Mickey, but you're just no match... π π
