in idw2, heās Gearsā mentor, and is VERY protective of Gears and also keeps Gears under his wing for longer that most mentees would be. Protective papa,,, [x]

They have only known rage, created by the merge of the last remnants of San's (The Left Head of Ghidorah) consciousness with the Apex Cybernetics AI, "It did not know who it was, or what it was, but it was full of rage and the black joy of finallyĀ being, and having limbs, and teeth." San was the fun head that played with dead bodies and made the "Bidi" sounds and had to be scolded by Ichi (The Middle Head of Ghidorah), who would grab them by their horn and shake them; so San would have definitely given Mechagodzilla the ability to have fun and enjoy things, so giving them a baby would fix them, they could have something positive to interact with since all of Mechagodzilla's interactions have been negative. They have only had negative interactions, like being controlled by Ren Serizawa or commanded and tested by Walter Simmons, who Mechagodzilla killed both of, so human = bad, and upon finally breaking free, they are attacked by Godzilla followed by Kong, so titans = bad. They could finally have a positive interaction with something, a baby would be just like them, inorganic and metal, and they deserve that baby, NO, they NEED that baby. And inside Mechagodzilla would be the safest place for that baby to be, they took so many hits and slams like a champ in the fight with Godzilla and Kong, and they always got right back up. Also they have SO many weapons to use to keep them safe, like rockets, guns, and lasers! Also, Mechagodzilla is so skinny, which means there isn't anything important taking up the abdomen space, a perfect space to put the baby!

They can figure the communication part of the Harkness Test out, because monsterverse monsters are WAY more intelligent than either of us realized through cultural osmosis.
But wouldnāt this fall in the same boat as Obi-Wan, as Godzilla is best known as an organic being? Or does the movie appearance cement this form in some way? If so, where are you placing this line?
MechaGodzilla is a separate character from Godzilla, built to fight Godzilla and well established as such. Our current rule of thumb, which we discussed initially in regard to Atauri from Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go, is that a character submitted should spend at least 1/3rd of appearances in their mechanical form. This is aIso what allows Zane from Ninjago to fit. I do not personally think that a toyline which isn't canonical to either Transformers or Star Wars would count. In fact, I will probably discuss with Chip where toy-only characters in general stand later.
This isn't an exact formula and we are treating this with a certain amount of "I know it when I see it" for our decisions about things in grey areas.

some victims and survivors use dark fiction to cope and heal from their trauma, because in their fics, they are in control of what happens. they can turn the table and turn what happens into something thatās not traumatizing. and they can do that because they donāt owe you anything.
itās a kink to some people, even though they were never victims. people can enjoy it and find it hot because at the end of the day itās just a fantasy. itās not real. they donāt owe you anything.
itās cathartic and/or therapeutic to some to see their favorite fictional characters suffer. thatās why whump is such a popular trope; people love putting their fictional little guys through hell. non-con is a part of whump. and these people donāt owe you anything.
fanfic writers can write whatever they want, however they want. they donāt owe you anything.
I also suggest that you look up cnc kink and why so many couples are into it.
sorry if this is a silly but how different does an AU design have to be from the canon character to be allowed in artfight?
We consider an AU version of a canon character to be visually distinct from the source canon character as long as there is at least one notable visual change to the original design. Extremely minor detail changes, such as tweaks to just eye color, do not qualify as acceptable modifications. Please see the following non-comprehensive list for examples of valid changes:
Changes made to the outfit and/or hair (length, style, or color). This includes adding clothing and/or hair if the character lacks it canonically.

Iām kinda surprised that nalbinding isnāt as popular as crochet and knitting tbh because it has an even lower barrier of entry tools wise and unlike crochet and knitting it makes fabric that you can cut.

Yeah I hadnāt heard of it until recently and I ordered a big bone needle for myself to try it out and that should be arriving soon.
I was surprised that Iād never heard of it though. Itās older than knitting and crocheting and even though itās been done all over the world itās super relevant to Nordic culture and my grandmother and I are both into keeping in touch with our roots a bit so Iām surprised Iāve never heard of it.
It seems like the sort of thing that would be popular even if not as popular as crocheting and knitting, considering the low barrier of entry.
You also donāt need a bunch of different sized needles for nalbinding or whatever. The size of the stitch is controlled either completely freehand or by pulling it against one of your fingers. Most people who have a lot of nalbinding needles seem to either have tried out wood, bone, and metal ones to see which kind they liked or they enjoy carving wood or bone and like making their own needles as an extra hobby.
Itās also a lot easier to freehand and adjust as you go than crochet or knitting and you mostly go by inches instead of rows and number of stitches so a large number of accessories like stitch markers or whatever isnāt really necessary.
Maybe the lack of accessories also makes it unpopular idk. People do like collecting things in their nests.
I've been wanting to do so, I cannot find anyone who can teach me, and any books I can find on it are Ass in the Visual Learning department. Otherwise I'd be making the hell outta some nalbinded fabric

I am fascinated by nalbinding, but I'm also still working on my panic at cutting yarn to do colour changes in crochet (because then I can't undo it and reuse the yarn) so I feel like nalbinding will by necessity have to come after I can cut yarn without crying like, at least 80% of the time.

I would like to claim that microwave is non-essential! It has been replaced by a toaster oven in my household for nearly a decade. (Yes I voted toaster)
