I want to be apart of this world but I can’t help but be in survival mode when in public. The rush I feel being in public spaces doesn’t register in my head until I am home again. It feels like my energy crashes and it’s so hard to keep the mask up for even an hour. It makes me not want to ever leave my house again sometimes. . .

Since I was little I have always had anxiety about the concept of death and how I was going to die. I’m terrified that I won’t make the best out of my last day alive or that I will waste the time I have with the people I love somehow. I get anxious when I sleep or eat or clean my house because that is time I could spend with my friends and family. I’m anxious about going outside because I could die any number of painful ways out there but I’m scared to stay in my house and wait for death to find me in here.

I don’t know the answer on how to calm my anxiety about it. I’m not very religious but all I can do is hope that there is something after this life. I don’t want it though if I can’t be with the people I love there.

Personal, but I struggle so much with keeping up with my house 🫧 I think it’s because I need everything to be in order and have a place at all times ~ and if I don’t have energy to put everything where it goes I don’t want to do any of it. I can be a perfectionist + all-or-nothing kind of person. I’m learning not to be hard on myself about it but I wish everything fit perfectly next to each other in pretty order like the Wii menu
