I’ve been good! I haven’t gained as much as I’d have liked but ik it gets harder the bigger you are, and by normie standards I’m already somewhat massive 👀

I don’t know if these even count as push-ups but I tried…

A few people have asked me to do some exercise on video so I finally caved. There’s a lot I can’t do, obviously physically, but I have limited options to record.

I have flatmates so can only film in my room, which isn’t very big. And I have downstairs neighbours who I can’t imagine would love it if their 350lbs neighbour starting doing jumping jacks…

But I managed to attempt a few push-ups. My god it was hard work. It’s the most exercise I’ve done in a long time. I had to lie on the floor for a few minutes to recoup enough strength to heave myself off the floor.

I bought these trousers with a 54” waist on the assumption that they’d be a bit big and would give me room to grow…

Imagine my surprise when they came and they were, if anything, a little tight on me…

A lot can change in two years...
