Finally went to check out Tisoâs fight club and I was able to beat the first two trials!
Took a break from trying to beat trial of the fool to free the rest of the grubs. Went back to dirtmouth and. ZOTE??? THE MIGHTY???
Good news: I beat up the watcher knights and grey prince Zote, and finally awakened my dream nail!
Bad news: SAWBLADES.
Took a break from the white palace for a while to do the considerably easier task of beating up the flukemarm, failed champion, lost kin and soul tyrant.
BUG YURI AND BUG YAOI??? (Aka finally succeeded at the grey mourners quest AND the nailsmith and sheo are dating?!) heck yeah.
In less important news I defeated the pantheon of the master.

So. I finally got around to killing Lurien (the last dreamer) and. I went to check out black egg temple- (not to actually fight the hollow knight yet to be clear, I am still putting that off) and. I have 109% completion?? I havenât even finished the game! How am I over 100% complete?!!!
TRIAL OF THE FOOL (finally!) COMPLETE!!!
Did it take forever? Yes. Was the part with no floor terrible? Yes. Did I need the money? Absolutely not! Did it give me anything I actually needed outside of an achievement and 1% completion? No!!!
But I can now say. I am⊠a fool.

now all I have to do is finish the pantheon of the knight and I can finally get to completing the game!

Pantheon 5 second try: got all the way to (winged!) nosk this time! And by fighting them in hall of gods I can conclude that i would have been able to beat them if I hadnât swapped my regular set of charms out at the previous bench in anticipation of fighting grey prince zote >:(
