headcanon where the crows are on the boat heading to the ice court and everytime wylan gets bored he tries to draw jesper who is constantly moving so his sketches come out a little blurry and not quite right looking. but jesper looks so much better than this and wylan can draw so much better than that so he doesn’t stop… he can’t. so wylan draws jesper all the time; hands on his revolvers, beside a deck of cards. but it’s when wylan is sitting by a window, the sun slowly peaking in, when he tries drawing jesper from memory: the tilt of his eyes, the furrow in his brows, the soft curves of his lips. he jumps when jesper leans over his shoulder and says, “i seem to be looking much better lately”, wylan blushes jespers endeared blah blah blah now jesper has every picture wylan drew tacked to his walls, glued to the fridge, held within picture frames, not because he’s vain, but because he know’s that’s how wylan sees him, imperfect, and perhaps a bit blurry at times, but understood. so even though every bit of light or shadow belonged to him, jesper believed every sketch was lined with wylan, adoration drawn within each brush of lead, and i love you’s captured in eyes that could only reciprocate the feeling to the artist.

grogu was already training to be a jedi during the clone wars. he already chose the jedi lifestyle and it was taken away from him when anakin turned to the dark side. when given the option to go back to it, he chose it! he was able to choose what he wanted. when he was at the temple, He Chose To Call Out. if he didn’t want to be trained as a jedi he wouldn’t have done that!! he called out to the remaining jedi and luke answered. grogu sensed luke’s presence and immediately perked up and watched him on the monitor, reaching out toward him. he wanted to go with luke! he wanted to be trained again! din Knew this is what grogu wanted and loved him so much he was willing to give him up so that grogu could have what’s best for him. din was so full of love and kindness and selflessness and just wanted grogu to have the life he wanted. luke didn’t take grogu from din. it was a decision grogu and din both made. if grogu didn’t want this, luke would’ve been okay with that!! luke has such a big heart & literally saved the galaxy with his love and kindness, he wouldn’t take this child from his adoptive father if grogu and din were opposed to it.
