Ah, a splendid specimen of the Yule Cat.

Scientific name Felis navidad, of course.

I always knew my disability could get worse as I get older but I guess I didn't realize how bad it was getting until our annual road trip this year. I can't drive long distances anymore. My muscles spasm so much I can't hold my foot on the pedal. I've been fine for driving in and around town so I guess I assumed it would be fine. 🤦🏼‍♀️ on top of that the pain from being in the car is just too severe. A real depressing realization that my body is eventually going to be more frail than I imagined. Maybe I'm mourning again? I did a lot of that the year I had a flare so severe I literally couldn't walk or stand and lost all muscle reaction in my legs. It came back mostly and I am ambulatory but at the cost of extreme physical pain. It is what it is I guess.
