its okay to identify as this label even if ppl misunderstand it. you are allowed to explain to them what the real definition is, and there's no harm in standing up for what you believe is right.

im wondering if beings avoid using the anti-contact label due to the misinformation of it, and how they can be excluded from the radqueer community (note: i am not radqueer so i dont fully know, but i've seen most anti-contact hate come from radqs)

changing the definition of what anti-contact means & making contact stances irrelevant leaves more room for abusers , predators, and groomers in the community . the reason these stances were made was to prevent this

A stance on biastophilia that emphasizes RACK (risk aware consensual kink), communication, bodily autonomy. i would like to add, in the paraphile community "recovery" has always mainly meant to refer to this-

This account has grown so quickly and I'll be honest, I've gotten the urge to delete it a few times. Not because I don't want to do this, but because this isn't my priority -- my animated series is -- and I'm so worried about letting followers down because I'm putting my own passion project over something objectively more important.

But that's the thing; I'm using my series for paraphile education and advocacy too! Where research and academia tend to fail, creative media has an advantage in making a personal connection with viewers and opening their minds to further education.

Aside from answering asks, I will try to keep this blog somewhat active by reblogging information and posting submitted information. But I do apologize for setting unrealistic expectations about how much I will be providing, and I will be editing my pinned post soon.

Instead of making videos and posts -- which I'm already spending a lot of time and energy doing for my series -- I've considered switching to a very casual podcast where I can still share and discuss information about paraphilias and, hopefully, invite some guests on as well!
