Giving 110% is something that not everyone is willing to or even able to do... tonight I closed my store with two girls. One chose to leave, as scheduled. The second, who is a brand new hire, stayed with me through close- even though she didn't know where things went in the store, doing her utmost to help me get it in order. You can give 100%, as the first did, doing what is asked of you, or you can go above and beyond as the second did.
