- A role to describe a part/alter who either by just their presence in front or with a specific action causes the desire to sleep to ‘disappear’ or significantly decrease, typically causing them to be awake for days on end.

Source of role could either be caused by paranoia surrounding sleeping or due to past trauma related to sleep.

- The opposite of the above term :

❝ Slumber yearning ❞

- A part/alter who just by being in front or choosing to do a specific action causes an extreme feeling of tiredness and or sleepiness, leaving them almost perpetually exhausted.

- Alternate definition / Name :

- A part/alter who helps with chronic pain, either due to externally taking care of the body to soothe pain, performing something internally to help, or they just personally hold the majority of chronic pain (symptoms and otherwise).

- A role to describe a part/alter who either exhibits extreme people pleasing tendencies and/or seeks to appease/placate others.

- Alternate definition / Name :

❝ Fawn-Like ❞

- A part/alter who’s first response to a situation is to ‘fawn’ and/or respond with extreme people pleasing tendencies.

❝ Flag ❞

- Black : to represent the general panic / negative emotions to cause a part/alter to exhibit people pleasing tendencies / to fawn

- off-white : to represent a part/alter attempting to please everyone and/or to be perceived as perfect/good by someone but falling short, hence off-white instead of a pure white

- light brown : to generally represent the entire fawn response.
