Photographers were swarming the gates, looking frantically around the Ministry of Magic building, hoping to catch sight of the famous couple.

Multiple Aurors tried their best to drive them away, but they were not overstepping the boundaries put in place so there was nothing they could do.

“Look, there they are!” One of them shouted, pointing to the couple striding forward, arms linked.

Harry took in the crowd and sighed. “Will we ever escape them?”

Ginny sighed dramatically. “I don’t think so. They have eyes everywhere, it’s terrifying.”

The closer they got, the louder the yelling became and Harry and Ginny quickened their pace.

“Ginny, Ginny, look here!” Someone would shout and she would pointedly look in the other direction. Harry chuckled at the disappointed expression on the photographer's face.

“Come on, Ms. Weasley, look here!” Someone shouted and Ginny finally whipped her head around.

“That’s Mrs. Potter to you!” She yelled and dragged a laughing Harry along.

The moment they were inside the Ministry, they breathed a sigh of relief.

“One of the many reasons to hate Ministry parties,” Harry muttered.
