There's alot of good scenes and some real heart, especially from Seo Hyun-jin.
But the show had some problems...
What Worked
The first 4-5 episodes were very good. The lead love story between Seo Hyun-jin's character and Chang Ryul's character was fun to watch. The rest of the story was pretty heavy watching, dipping heavily into melodrama, but at least it had some interesting choices that you don't usually see in a K-Drama. I also liked the more mature romance that showed up as well.
What Didn't Work
And then they kind of ran out of story with 8 episodes left to fill. It basically had all the standard tropes: love triangles, scheming exes, unfair working conditions, mysterious illnesses, etc. Basically, the tools that can work in moderation but quickly become too much when used in every single episode.
TL; DR:
If you've been missing Seo Hyun-jin in a nice love story, it's worth a look, but you should definitely calibrate your enthusiasm once you hit the back half of the drama.

I don't know what to tell you, I think the series kind of fell down.
The Good
The first few episodes were actually good. They had an interesting case, a very hateable villain, and the gang seemed to be ready to deliver a nice season.
The Bad
Then the second set of episodes (around episode 4), introduced a less interesting case, with less interesting antagonists, and they tried to turn it into a buddy cop movie or something? Which is not the kind of show it has been in the previous two series.
The Ugly
And then the writers decided to give the victim in the next arc (episode 6 on) a link to the CEO, only the victim also had some kind of dementia which meant that you're really dealing with his family I guess? And the whole thing kind of got muddle and confused and I couldn't even tell who the case was really about or why they were doing it. And that's when I completely lost interest.
TL; DR:
Look, if you liked the first two series, you've probably already watched enough to make up your own mind about the show. But if you're still thinking about picking up season three, don't bother. It's dull and a waste of talent and energy. At least we still have the first season to enjoy.
To get Caroline Bingley's character right, you have to understand that she is a foil for both the Bennet sisters and Mr. Darcy.
She is the more rational choice for Darcy vs. the Bennets. She has education, manners, a fortune, and clearly, relatives that he likes. So many fan fiction authors make her vulgar and/or unfashionable, but she isn't! That is why Darcy enjoys hanging out with her in the beginning; he would not have her at his house if she was embarrassing. Even when angry with Elizabeth, Caroline does not dare go further in attacking Elizabeth at Pemberley. She has self control. She understands boundaries, which Jane and Elizabeth mostly do, but the rest of the Bennet family struggles with. This is why she's a foil for them.
As for Darcy, at the beginning, Caroline is a nearly perfect mirror of his opinions and snobby attitude. She is doing this on purpose as a way of flirting, but it's probably pretty close to her real personality anyway. She's right that Darcy looks down on Elizabeth's uncle being a lower class lawyer. She's right that he finds the Bennet family intolerable to marry into. However, as Darcy falls in love with Elizabeth and then reforms, Caroline's mirror distorts. That shows his growth in the novel. She, like Elizabeth, fails to update her priors, though to be fair to Caroline, she didn't build her knowledge of Mr. Darcy on first impressions. It's harder to change her mind because she did once know him very well.
Side note: this is also why people woobyfying Darcy hurts Caroline as a rational character. They start in a very similar place and love mean girl gossiping together, then he changes. When Darcy's flaws are erased, it makes Caroline look super irrational and much crueller.
Lastly, Caroline is above all else, pragmatic and strategic. She does not hold grudges once it becomes more advantageous to drop them. She would never, ever, now that she is connected by marriage to the Bennets, mock them in public. Because that reflects on her! Caroline would be in London talking up that the Bennets are a very old gentry family with an ancient estate or something. She's going to be giving them a PR makeover to all her fancy friends because they are HERS now, for better or for worse and whether she likes any of them or not. Yes, in private she might be mean, as she is in the novel, but again, she's not vulgar and she has nothing to gain in public. She has manners, she has self-control; being a mean girl doesn't override that.

This was the first big drama hit for writer Park Hae-Young, but somehow this was the last one I watched. And arguably her best drama?
There's alot to unpack here...
What Worked
The kind of supernatural premise behind this took a little getting used to. I mean the guy can see the future, kind of? But there are rules and sometimes he can't see the future? But once I got over that and just started exploring the world, I was immediately hooked.
The cast is great. The writing is excellent. The way they worked in everyone's relationships and jobs into the story, while also slowly exploring this little community of people was very well done. The pacing was great as well, except for a couple of places I was never really bored, and it was 18 episodes long! I also liked the soundtrack.
What Didn't Work
When the show was funny, it was very funny, but sometimes the joke wasn't so good. It's a melodrama / dramedy, so the sad and tender moments sometimes just came in unexpectedly, and that was jarring once in awhile. Also, some of the characters were too over the top, and it took a bit to figure out what they were trying to do with them. It was just different than newer dramas in general, even by the same writer.
Other Thoughts
It was very interesting trying to figure out how this lands in comparison to My Mister, My Liberation Notes, and even We Are All Trying Here. I think the acting, the writing, and the budget got bigger as you went along, but the characters in Another Miss Oh are kind of the "original" versions of some of the characters that show up later.
You can find a parallel with most of the characters in later dramas. Park Do-kyung is kind of a less angry version of Park Dong-hoon in My Mister. Oh Hae-Young is kind of a less jaded version of Yeom Mi-Jeong in My Liberation Notes, with better parents. Park Soo-kyung is like a crazier version of Yeom Ki-jeong (the eldest sister) in My Liberation Notes. I don't think this is a bad thing, I like the way the changes that were made over time let the writer and the actors explore different sides to the character, but it is interesting.
The other interesting change is how the television landscape has changed in 10 years. Another Miss Oh feels like it's still living in the same timeline as older dramas. The number of episodes, the pace of shooting, the ability to let the characters live and breathe in the world of the show are all good things about this drama. And this things are all missing in newer shows.
TL; DR:
This drama has been out for awhile, so there are probably much better reviews. If you haven't seen this before, go watch it! And if you haven't seen it in 10 years or so, you may want to rewatch it!
Take "Reborn Rich", mix lightly with "Younger" and shake well, and you get a pretty fun premise. I liked the first half of this drama, and then I stopped (for now) because OMG too much corporate legal nonsense.
Maybe I can explain this better...
What Worked
The cast is really good. Park Shin-hye is really fun to watch, especially when she's angry, but also when she's trying (and failing) to pretend to be a cute ditz. Ha Yoon-kyung (who I really like) does her usual excellent work as a slightly grumpy foil for the main lead. Overall, I was excited and had fun through the first few episodes.
What Didn't Work
And then we got stuck in the mire of "fake corporate legal BS". I have decided I really don't like this type of thing, at least in dramas, and it takes an exceptional writer and a smart premise to make me sit through it.
The problem, as best I can explain it, is that this finance and legal stuff IRL takes a long time to work out and is also not very interesting to watch. So the writer has to make all of this stuff up in order to have it work as a show, but 9 times out of 10 it just comes across as a fake "obstacle" that the main characters have to "overcome" rather than a real threat.
The stakes are huge and fake, and you rarely learn anything new about the character, so all you're left with is fluffy manufactured drama, instead of interesting drama that plays to the character's strengths and weaknesses.
TL; DR:
This drama is definitely worth a try as it's well made and the cast is brilliant, but for me at least that wasn't enough to want to finish it.

The reason they make you do group project at school is as a preventative measure against falling into conspiracy theories as an adult. The vast majority of the population can and will come out of the experience with a much better understanding of just how goddamn impossible it is to make multiple people do what they were supposed to do, everything they were supposed to do, and nothing but what they were supposed to do.
