Vampire Fantasy Zone

My like ocd deja vu has been going crazy lately and I don't know why. You know that thing where suddenly at a completely random moment you become completely convinced you dreamed this exact moment years and years ago? I think it's a relatively common thing but it always severely freaks me out I get this overwhelming feeling of dread and I feel so certain this means something awful is about to happen despite there being no indication of that fact and nothing bad happening any of the previous times. Still my ocd convinces me I have to change absolutely everything about the moment from stopping what I'm doing to changing rooms even changing clothes in an attempt to make the moment as different as possible because then I think that will make the bad thing not happen. It's always stressful so I hate when it happens but usually it's like once every month sometimes less, you know? It's been 4 times the past 3 days so now I'm wondering if my summer seasonal depression is just causing my stress to act up in weird ways. Idk it's a pretty benign way for it to show given all the other ways it could be affecting me but it's still causing me anxiety blegh. Another thing I can only good-humouredly blame on Slenderman and his tricks to make me feel less heavy. Or something like that.
