Yoo Sangah - hmm. The Web? spider association- she has arachnes web as an item. She's also olympus' spy so that's sort of fear of manipulation
Shin Yoosung - the Hunt!!! fear of being prey/getting hunted, associated with animals - she's a beast lord
Lee Jihye - desolation. Destroying the things that you love, loss. I know that has a fire association and she's water imagery but the vast doesn't fit her imo
Kim Dokja - obvious Beholding avatar. fear of being watched, of having your secrets known, lack of privacy. He's inflicting all this on yjh
Yoo Joonghyuk - the Lonely. NOT death, he doesn't fear death but loneliest man in the entire world is literally his number one descriptor. Alternatively, the slaughter from all the murdering he does

Bonus answer - Yoo Joonghyuk would be the Archivist. first of all he's the main character, he probably experiences/get's scarred by all the fears in the many regressions and scenarios, and he LITERALLY end's orv by "spreading orv to new wordlines through a media (tapes=webnovel)" I once saw a reddit post that called him the harbringer of the imminent apocalypse. The Archivist is the Beholding's puppet and we know who that is
