it's very simple, she never stopped being obsessed with him. keith has a girlfriend now, who he loves and spends his days with and is planning on marrying, he doesn't think about voldy at all, he has her blocked, and it probably drives her crazy. the only reason she keeps talking about him is because she is still obsessed with him and is probably in love with him. you saw all her previous tweets about him, like the one where she ai edited her and him having a baby together, she's insane and she won't let him go.
i'm so glad people in the replies are calling out how ironic it is for her to call cc out when she did so much worse to him and never publicly apologized for any of it mind you. it's just so rich. that's why i sent a few replies of her old tweets of her attacking him because she quietly deleted those acting like they'll never be seen again, but oh no, they're still very much there online! and i think the least she could do if she really is sorry and if she really wants to start making amends is to publicly apologize to keith for all she's done last year, but her pride and ego will never let her do that.

the thing about it is he said he's specifically talking about those who hold "administrative control of the party's operations," and to my knowledge, keith doesn't hold any admin role in the NP, he's just a member. he's not one of the higher-ups there because he doesn't want to be the face of the party since he thinks it'd harm it rather than help it because of who he is, so he prefers to help occasionally. that's why he's not on every promotional picture of the party, only on rare occasions is he in their pictures.
also keith has always been super supportive of quinlan so anything that suggests him trying to subvert him just doesn't sound like something he'd do.

i went to an actual gym for the first time instead of just working out from home. it's low-key terrifying, the gym equipment is too close to each other, i don't like it. but i had a nice workout so i'm happy nonetheless! :)
