i did the big step - i send an abstract to a science magazine. this month i'll have my 3rd presentation about my research project at my university. i'm pretty excited to share what I did since the last one

we went to the city today, my team and i. we visited a known bakso place, a cute cafe near the base of the mountain, and to a much favored durian ice cream shop. it drizzles a lot and the air was cold, but i am so happy to breathe before the week starts

Walks in the woods, exploring home. I feel there's so much left to see close to my hometown and I'm determined to find all the beautiful places. I really dislike looking for new hiking trails and things to do but whenever I get myself to go to a new place, I'm excited and amazed how much beauty there is, close to me.

This autumn is really nice, I'm doing a lot and work is also good. Today and yesterday I'm struggling with a headache and I feel a bit low. I know it's only temporary though and I'm trying to allow these emotions as well. It takes time.

Done for today! I've been revising and talking to my lil ghost (is this the new duck?). Have a test tomorrow, didn't study as much as I wanted to (poor time management from yours truly), but after that I'll have some more time hopefully.
