If you choose to believe that the master was consistently this height when he was friends with the first doctor (5'8) then they spent most of their childhood being equal in height and this is the first time the master has seen the doctor in years and now he's. Jon Pertwee. Like wtf. 6inch difference.

Four+ the shambling corpse: tom baker is 6'3, which is short for a telephone pole, while geoffrey beevers is 5'9. This is most obvious in my literal favorite photo of them ever in which the master has to actually stand on his toes to do. Whatever this was. 7inch difference.

Fourainley: sadly Tremas only gave ainley one (1) singular inch of height.

Also man what the fuck. 6inch difference.

Fiveainley: fivey was cut down a little but he is STILL a solid 6 feet. 2inch difference.

sixainley: six is still, hilariously, squarely 6'0.

Sevenainley: now this is interesting. Anthony Ainley remains 5'10, but Sylvester McCoy is only FIVE FOOT FIVE. oh how the turntables

You can see him bending down a little to look him in the eye. 5inch difference.

I'm not including every version of the master in the extended universe, only because I don't quite know where they fit in the timeline. Eric Roberts, despite his impressive presence, is only 5'10. Paul McGann is a little shorter, though, at 5'8. 2inch difference.

Getting into the masters first revival appearance, we have David Tennant at 6' while Derek Jacobi is 5'9. Back to the status quo. 3inch difference.

The Harold Saxon master is, regrettably, still 5'9.

Peter Capaldi at 5'11 while Missy (Michelle Gomez) is 5'4.
