#iforgiveyouyouyouandme it's time to stop with the excuses #noexcuses and start with the #whatifs and I'm not talking about the not feel good what is #iam talking about the #fairytale what ifs. You know what I am talking about. It's using that #imagination of a three year old. #unearthing a #awareness that #anythingispossible "I can start walking four days a week". Or "I will learn how to eat healthier". I will expand on those #warmandfuzzy #ideas that #life feeds to me every now and then". As well as "when I become decided to act on one of those ideas, I will not tell anyone because I do NOT need anyone else's #approval." When I Paul Demo bought my first smoothie maker, I told this one person and they looked at me as if I had a third eye and said, "just don't put raw egg in it".. #whatthefuck ?? I just bought something that is going to save my life and you come at me with that shit??? So, when I decided to go #wholefoodplantbased and #plantstrongvegan #plantpowered this same person hadn't seen me in about two months. There comment was "how much more weight are you going to lose? Did you think you were that big?" Again I had grown that mysterious third eye #lol. My answer to that? Nothing !! I quickly changed the subject.
