Trying to get a grip on life when things aren't working out.

When weeks of chronotherapy don't work. 

When someone sees a person in public acting different and calls them "crazy" or "nuts." 

What it feels like everyone in my life told me once I got sick. 

My life so far, basically...

What's inside my head when I'm trying to hold it together after something triggers me. 

Doing chronotherapy and trying to stay awake until the right time. 

When I've got a lot of stressful things going on and someone or something adds something else to my plate. 

When I'm sharing my struggles with someone and they ladder their problems, telling me how hard their life is. 

Trying to get my sleep back to normal after my circadian rhythm is all messed up again. 

Being let go of two jobs after trying to finally start working.

When I eat or drink something new and I realize later that it has something in it that causes me to not sleep. 

When someone you love dearly dies and all you can do is lie in bed, a total mess.
