What does the clippy pfp thing mean?
Something something technology used to help you? Someone in chat knows more about it than me
a youtuber called louis rossman asked people to help him spread a sort of movement to show just how annoyed people are with the increasingly downward trend of technology becoming less focused on being useful technology and more as ways to make money or steal data by swapping their pfp to clippy, a free program that while annoying was a genuine attempt at something useful and benevolent
This is why clippy is here then
People often leave out the other half, which is that being a Clippy is also about doing what you can, no matter how small, to make your corner of the world better. That's important!
At a glance at least, it looks like this blog is doing that by reblogging cool stuff and trying to give people hope and fun.
