Hello everyone!

It has been a very long time since I posted on here but I thought I would do it today.  

I’ve been working hard on my streaming and have spent a lot of my time focusing on that the past couple of years.  If you haven’t had a chance to check that out, you can find me there in a little less than an hour from now at http://www.twitch.tv/chuckaw1977

I’ve also been doing a podcast with my friend Brad for the past year call The Gaymer Show with Brad and Charles.  It can be found most places where you get your podcasts.

Also, and most importantly, I’ve been working on getting more fit.  A year ago I had some medical problems and I was diagnosed with Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) and Diabetes Type 2.  I currently have lost over 70 pounds since that happened and I’m still working on losing a bit more.  I will post some pictures on here later today of me in my new singlet I got yesterday to show off the bod.
