I have since had the opportunity to witness the transformation of her leadership in combat. She has evolved, shedding the recklessness and impudence I once associated with her. Elita-1 of today is the embodiment of duty. Her resolve in battle is now tempered by strategic thought, and her unwavering seriousness and composure—both on and off the battlefield—have become her defining traits.Unlike standard models, her frame is not equipped with integrated tool systems. This shortcoming is compensated for by her innate replication ability, allowing her to adapt to a wide array of tasks—from emulating the modifications of other Cybertronians to copying primitive "features" of terrestrial vehicles, such as a fire-suppression unit or a tow-hook.

Regarding her armament, intelligence indicates she wields the Ultra-Axe, formerly the property of the fallen Senior cadet, Optimus Prime. While such appropriation of a fallen comrade's personal effects contravenes strict protocol, given her circumstances and lack of inherent weaponry, I have granted her temporary dispensation to bear this armament—for tactical necessity and as a mark of respect for the memory of Senior cadet Prime.

Her alternate mode is a human law enforcement vehicle. This configuration has proven effective for covert surveillance operations and the neutralization of local threats, including Decepticon incursions."-Ultra Magnus
