i keep trying to bring CDDs up to our therapist as an issue to look into but every single time i get the courage to try either

A: we start dissociating or

B: a protector comes to front and starts talking about something else

guys... come on we need to talk about this shit eventually. bapping them lightly

both sides have grown to be really toxic to the other thru s/y/s/course for a long time, and i've recently been hearing more abt how there's actual cases of violent threats against endos or pro-endos.. and i don't want to have any part of that, at all, ever. And i've been hearing more about endogenic systems being more recognized by therapists and psychologists. I've had a therapist who seemed to be pro-endo and from what i remember it made sense the way she explained it to me. Like they're a system and have alters but there's not disordered? like bcs they don't have the dissociation/amnesia? or something? i can't remember exactly atm but it made sense.
