me and my aunt were looking at our respective stuff in an aisle and out the corner of my eye i see an older woman, maybe 60s or 70s, approaching so i like fully kinda turn to her and as she’s approaching i can see the gears turning in her head. she gets up to us, she says hi to my aunt and then to me, then she asks if i can do a favor for her. i go “mhm!” and she turns to my aunt and asks her if she heard me. my aunt confirms, so the lady turns back to me and asks me to trade shoes and that i now had to because i had agreed to it

we bantered about it for about 20 seconds and then she goes “well, in a court of law!” and i said “well this is a food lion! and For The Record, these shoes aren’t even mine!”
