Bakugo had a conversation with all might about how he was worried about izuku and he has no idea. he's constantly bringing up that freaking river and izuku has NO IDEA.

even when bakugo apologized to deku on the dark hero arc he said "i don't expect this to change anything" because in his mind deku is probably only putting up with him

I know you radiostatic shippers are frothing at the mouth and the Alastor simps are similarly losing their minds but I think we just need to appreciate this whole sequence for the sheer ANIMOSITY between these two, gay or not. Like whump is one thing-- whump on a character who is so used to being in control and is finally put in their place? Absolute cinema.

Don't You Forget slaps not only because it's a banger, but also because Rosie is right; Alastor has gotten cocky. He's needed a beatdown for a long time and it is incredibly satisfying to see it finally happen.
