This was such a tough choice for me, because Marcille reviving Falin is one of my favorite moments in the whole series. But, as this is the best panel tournament, I had to go with Laios eating the Winged Lion. It's the culmination of everything in the series, and ultimately comes through on what we've been told the whole time. Eat or be eaten. It also helps that it's a masterfully drawn panel.
