I'd never be asked what its like to date a system, mostly because they'd never feel safe with people knowing that. They were scared of me knowing too, but sooner or later, I got to meet all of them. It's a family in a way, some youre a lover, some youre a carer, some youre... honestly none of us know that ones a mystery but they seem to like you.

In our world there is such a tendency to paint victims as monsters, those with physical or mental illnesses as a burden. People speak of this beast, this horror, built to scare the hearts and minds of the populace, to be feared, to be, neglected. People never mention how that reflects back on someone, you get scared of the real you being seen, it doesn't matter how close or how far your relationship is, there's the fear of them seeing the monster. You mask until your face aches, your mind is hostile, till you break down and give up at the end of the day. You hide you, fearing the world will be scared of you. And in a rare moment, you get someone who doesn't see that beast, someone who doesn't understand why others would be scared, or why you're scared of them seeing the real you. But still your mind just won't let go, cause if they see all of it, you'll lose them. What if they suddenly see the beast really was there. So one day you try so hard to show it to them, to scare them off and see just how hideous and disgusting and horrifying you are. But they stay the night, the next day, the week, forever.
